Dr. Carol is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Aged Care Group Sdn Bhd with a vision to innovate and transform the perception of ageing; Carol and her team are engaged in the business of elevating aged care standards in Malaysia. Dr. Carol was appointed, in September to October 2012 by PEMANDU, as facilitator for PEMANDU Senior Living lab discussion with regulators, business owners, non-profit organizations and individuals about the future plans for Malaysia’s aged care and senior living of Malaysia’s ageing population. Dr. Carol created an ecosystem that provides integrated care services and products for the elderly, including ageing-in-place housing development to enhance the value of Malaysians’ life as they age. She has successfully innovated the idea of ageing-in-place multigenerational community in townships with a few significant developers in Malaysia and also implemented the care administration and management with one of the largest public hospitals in Malaysia.
